FAQ

Q1. Why the hair color is not exactly as the pictures showing?

A1. Different monitor have different display. And in different weather conditions and light, maybe the same color No. Will have a little color difference.

Q2. Can the hair be straightened or curled?

A2. Treat the hair as it is your own hair, use a flat iron/straightener or tongs, even when fitted, but as with your own hair , never use hot tools too often and don't exceed 150 degrees Celsius as you will dry the hair and it will not last as long.

Q3. Can i dye or color the hair?

A3. Yes, the hair can be colored, for the colored hair, we suggest you dyed the hair to more darker color since the hair extension has been processed and colored, for natural color, you could only bleach to color 30#. We highly recommend you to ask your hairdresser to dye the extensions as you will get the results you want, coloring them yourself always poses a high risk of not coming out the shade you want, if you can't get to a salon, please use a good quality hair dye and test a sample firstly.

Q4. Why my hair extension getting tangle?

A4. your hair extension will get tangled due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing out your hair daily, make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.

Q5. Why my hair extension shedding?

A5. It's normal that the hair has a little shedding the first time you wash it. Brush the hair with a comb, wet the hair before you brush it, please use conditioner to take care your hair. Hair loss can be caused by many things, heat damage from blow-dryers, curling irons, and flatirons, as well as coloring and extensions all result in breakage.

Q6. How should i take care of the hair?

A6. Treat the hair as it is your own hair, use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, so use leave in conditioners, you can also use products like gel and hair spray to keep the curls in place, but make sure to wash your hair and not leave in these products for a long time.

Q7. How long does the hair last?

A7. This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it, treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it for it will last longer than it should be. Many hair extensions prefer Brazilian or Indian hair because it is beautiful and unprocessed which makes it last longer than any other kind of hair.

Q8.How to tell human hair with synthetic hair?

A8. Human hair has natural protein, it is easy to tell by burning and smelling, human hair will be ash, which will go away after pinching, human hair will smell foul and show white smoke when burning. Synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show back smoke, moreover, human hair may have few gray and split end, this is normal and not a quality problem.

How do I take care of XYZ fabric?

  • Acrylic knit: Most acrylic clothing can be machine-washed. Read the label and check for the proper drying option. Some knits retain their shapes best if reshaped and dried flat.
  • Cashmere: Check the care label before laundering cashmere. To hand-wash, use a mild detergent or shampoo. Gently squeeze the water through the garment, then rinse until the water runs clear. Do not wring or twist. Squeeze out excess water. To dry, lay flat on a towel, away from sunlight or heat.
  • Cotton: Cotton holds up well to home laundering. Remove the garment from the dryer quickly to reduce wrinkling. Press using spray starch for the crispness of a laundered shirt.
  • Cotton blend: Dry cotton-blend garments using your dryer's permanent-press or low-heat cycle and remove immediately to reduce wrinkling. Touch up with a steam iron; starch for a professionally laundered look.
  • Denim: Denim should be washed with cold or warm water, inside out.  If washing denim that is mixed with synthetic fabrics, always follow care directions for the more delicate fabric with which the denim is mixed.  Hang denim to dry and iron on high heat.
  • Flannel: Flannel can be washed in cold or warm water.  However, if your flannel derives from wool, even if its washable wool, avoid the dryer completely since it can dry out its fibers.  For non-washable wool, flannel please avoid laundering it at home and take it to the dry cleaners.
  • Nylon: Machine-wash nylon garments in warm water. Use a low-temperature setting when tumble-drying and include a dryer sheet to reduce static electricity. Use a warm iron to press, if necessary.
  • Polyester: Usually most polyester items can be machine-washed (cool) and dried (low). Check the label to see if air-drying is recommended. Touch up with a cool – never hot – iron, if necessary.
  • Rayon: Make sure to read the care label for rayon clothing. Launder in cool water and a mild detergent. When machine-washing, use the gentle cycle and promptly remove garments after washing. When hand-washing, do not wring or twist the garment. To dry, roll the item in a towel to squeeze out excess water. Lay flat to dry. Iron when still damp and with the garment inside out to prevent the fabric from becoming shiny. Use a pressing cloth when ironing the right side of the garment. Pressing cloths can be purchased or use something as simple as a piece of white cotton fabric.
  • Spandex: Use warm water when hand- or machine-washing items are made with spandex. Line dry or use a low-temperature setting when machine-drying to preserve the elasticity of the garment.
  • Wool knit: Typically, wool knits need to be dry-cleaned but check the label. If hand-washable, use cool water and a detergent for fine washables. Squeeze out excess water, then reshape and dry flat.
  • Wool (lined): Lined garments generally look best when professionally dry-cleaned once a season. Between dry cleanings, remove surface soil with a brush or damp cloth. Refresh the item by hanging it from a padded hanger in a steamy bathroom; moisture will help garment shed wrinkles. When touching up with an iron, use steam in an up-and-down motion (rather than sliding the iron along with the fabric).
